Join us for a 45-minute Aqua Bootcamp where every move works against the resistance of the water, which is between 10 and 12 times thicker than air. Constantly challenging your body, improving muscle tone, strength and stamina, this low-impact class is a great activity for anyone recovering from injury – ideally suited for those who suffers of chronic joint conditions such as sclerosis or arthritis.
Special Considerations
• All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the spa welcome desk.
• Locker and changing rooms are available for all guests.
• Classes may be taught outside, weather permitting.
• Outside guests will be permitted to locker rooms, changing facilities, and workout space. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
• Class size is limited to allow for proper social distancing.
