Designed to target your legs and glutes, this 45-min Bands & Buns class is an intense isometric glute workout. With guided instruction, guests will use two types of resistance bands – one small loop for use around the knees and legs and one large loop for squat postures. Great for activating your lower muscle groups, Bands and Buns is a “burnout” style workout, focusing on high reps at a lower resistance.
Special Considerations
__•_All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
__•_Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
__•_Exercise and resistance bands will be provided to all guests. Guests may also bring their own bands, if preferable.
__•_Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather conditions.
