Cardio Tone combines traditional fitness with toning exercises using weights, perfect for those who want to burn fat and tone. This is a basic class, suitable for all people of all activity levels. These classes start to add in some weights or impact exercises that will improve overall body tone. All exercises may be done using bodyweight and can exclude the use of dumbbells.
Special Considerations
• All outside guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the spa welcome desk.
• Locker and changing rooms are available for all outside guests.
• Classes may be taught outside, weather permitting.
• Class size is limited to allow for proper social distancing. Mask usage will be required for all guests.
