Chateau Elan welcomes the team of The Dalmore Scotch for this once-in-a-lifetime masterclass ‘Barrel & Ash’ experience for Father’s Day. Relax and enjoy with an indulgent evening of a guided tasting of four of The Dalmore products, a hand-rolled cigar, and pairing of sweet and savory bites from our culinary team. This 2.5 hour guided masterclass, hosted by Chateau Elan’s own Stanley Hendrix and The Dalmore team dives into the world of scotch, all while enjoying a premium cigar. Throughout this course, each guest will receive a guided flight of four 1.5oz pours, one hand-rolled cigar, and delectable food pairings:
Baked Bone Marrow: Herbed Garlic Butter French Baguette
Smoked Ribeye: Chimichurri Sauce, Salsa Criolla
Braised Lamb Shank Slider: Citrus Red Wine Sauce, Arugula, Goat Cheese, Pomegranate Drizzle
