This class is a 45-minute dynamic practice, perfect for all levels. Your guided flow will focus on the connection between mind, body, and breath to create meditation in motion. We will flow through several sequences that target core strength, balance, and flexibility to achieve overall health wellness. Benefits of a Flow Yoga include better spinal health, improved balance and posture, and increased flexibility.
Special Considerations
• All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the spa welcome desk.
• Locker and changing rooms are available for all guests.
• Classes may be taught outside, weather permitting.
• Outside guests will be permitted to locker rooms, changing facilities, and workout space. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
• Class size is limited to allow for proper social distancing. Masks will be required for all guests.
