Rise and grind with this 45-minute, high-intensity interval training class. Using various cardio equipment and body weight, our instructors will guide you through a workout to build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Our high-intensity interval training class focuses on building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.

__•_Please meet instructor 15-minutes before the start of class. Class will be instructed inside the Fitness Center within the Inn at Chateau Elan.
__•_Locker room access is available within the Fitness Center for all guests.
