This class is designed to promote deep relaxation through the power of savasana. Class begins by creating an environment which will enhance your experience – low lights, music, and limited distractions. The first 15 minutes of this class include breathing and reclined twists and stretches. Additional postures include neck stretches, seated folds, cat pose, cow pose, child’s pose, one stretch for the upper back/shoulders and one for the chest.
Special Considerations
• All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the spa welcome desk.
• Locker and changing rooms are available for all guests.
• Classes may be taught outside, weather permitting.
• Outside guests will be permitted to locker rooms, changing facilities, and workout space. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
• Class size is limited to allow for proper social distancing. Mask usage will be required for all guests.
