Water Resistance Training

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until December 31, 2024
This 45-minute class is designed to increase your heart rate and condition the entire body. Low impact, but high intensity, our Water Resistance Training class gives you a full-body workout with a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Guests may be utilizing both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Please let your instructor know if there is a specific area you feel most comfortable.
Special Considerations
__•_All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
__•_Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
__•_Proper bathing suit is required for all guests. Towels are provided.
__•_Class size is limited.
