Join us April 17th for an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and expertly curated Chateau Elan wines at Marc Restaurant, hosted by our Resort Sommelier, Matias Henriquez. The Sommelier Series promises an exclusive dining experience highlighting the harmonious pairing of exceptional wines with a carefully crafted menu designed to elevate every bite.

Begin your evening with a warm, comforting Soup du Jour, followed by a Caesar Salad featuring crisp romaine hearts, Parmigiano Reggiano, focaccia croutons, and a rich Caesar dressing—a perfect balance of flavors to excite your palate.

For the main course, choose between the indulgent 8 oz. Center-cut filet Mignon, paired with butter-whipped potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and house steak sauce—or the decadent Wild Mushroom Risotto, where earthy wild mushrooms meet creamy Arborio rice, truffle oil, and Parmigiano Reggiano for a dish as luxurious as it is comforting.

Finish the night on a sweet note with our show-stopping Butterscotch Oreo Pound Cake. This indulgent dessert features dark chocolate pound cake with Bailey’s chocolate fudge, coffee ice cream, butterscotch sauce, and spiced Oreo crumbles—a perfect finale to an exquisite evening.
