This class is a 45-minute low impact, but high intensity, water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class gives you a full-body workout with a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training that is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance.
Special Considerations
• All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the spa welcome desk.
• Locker and changing rooms are available for all guests.
• Classes may be taught outside, weather permitting.
• Outside guests will be permitted to locker rooms, changing facilities, and workout space. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
• Class size is limited to allow for proper social distancing.
