This class focuses on functional movement and strength patterns designed to increase flexible strength for daily living activities. The focus is on low-impact cardio, core strength, balance and flexibility.
Water Aerobics
This class is a 45 minute low impact, but high intensity, water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class gives you a full- body workout with a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training that is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance.
Yoga Stretching
This yoga class is great for people who are starting out their practice or anyone who is looking for a great stretch focus. Together we will move through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.
